We make sure you're exposed directly to clients and a variety of interesting jobs… not hidden in the backroom behind a cubicle. If you like problem solving and getting to know clients on a very personal level, you’re likely to fit in well here. Everyone gets extensive on the job training as well as out of the office continuing education. We occasionally take company wide retreats to places like Las Vegas for education.
Its not all work though. Everyone here works on a modified flexible schedule. Some people elect to come in early, some prefer to stay late and that’s fine. Almost daily, you will find people taking a break to play a game of Xbox or just telling stories from the weekend.
We are a tight, close-knit group that looks out for one another. We’re an extended family that takes work seriously, but our commitments to one another even more seriously.
